Join the City of Fremont and Tri-City Animal Shelter for a tail-wagging good time! This FREE, family-friendly event features exciting dog handling demonstrations and trainings, hands-on dog-themed crafts, local vendors, food trucks, storytime sessions for kids, dog adoptions, and a low-cost pet vaccination clinic. Come celebrate our four-legged friends and connect with your community! Emcee’d by local radio host Sylvia Chacon, from iHeart Media’s 98.1FM.

  • Dog Adoptions with Tri-City Animal Shelter and partner organizations

  • Childrens’ Storytime Sessions with Pam Adler, Author of Maddy and Mia: TriPaw Tales, and the Alameda County Public Library.

  • First-come, first-served low-cost pet vaccination clinic with Cheap Shots in partnership with PAWS (Line up by 12:15pm for the clinic.)

  • NEW IN OCTOBER: Dog costume contest! Watch at 11:30am on the lawn

  • Hands-on dog-themed crafts

  • Local vendors with dog-themed items

  • Food trucks
